Dr. Pauline J. Santos

Dr. Pauline Joy Santos returns home to pursue her passion for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery in the Bay Area’s TOP plastic surgery practice. As Valedictorian of Carondelet High School she went on to graduate with Honors at Stanford University during her pre-medical / undergraduate studies.

She was accepted into the prestigious University of California, Irvine Medical School, where she continued her Plastic Surgery Residency training with world-renowned pioneer aesthetic surgeons from around the world. She then completed an Aesthetic Society Endorsed Fellowship to specialize in aesthetic surgeries of the face. She is a Reviewer for the Aesthetic Surgery Journal, and has traveled extensively, giving presentations on her many publications in Plastic Surgery.

The Aesthetic Surgery techniques she has refined have allowed her to develop a particular expertise in facelifts (including periorbital rejuvenation), rhinoplasties, as well as breast (augmentations/ lifts) and body contouring, (tummy tucks, liposculpture and vaginal rejuvenation/ private beauty). Her aesthetic eye and gifted hands inspire her to be a master in her craft from a female perspective serving other women.

Dr. Santos is very competent, compassionate, and makes you feel very comfortable. I was very impressed with her ability to make me feel so comfortable every step of the way from the beginning to the end of my procedure. I highly recommend her for any of your consenting surgery needs as she is attentive and patient. I had always hated my eye bags and finally had the opportunity to do something about it. Dr. Santos was kind, compassionate, caring, and professional; she eased any of my concerns before, during, and after the procedure. I would say I wish I had the ol bags removed earlier but having Dr. Santos be the one to perform the surgery made it worth the wait.
